 The following return policies referred to as “In-Studio Return Policy” are applicable only for purchases/ returns made exclusively at our Skincare Studio location.

 In-Studio Return Policy

Professional Skincare, and Makeup:
Returns are accepted for 100% refund of purchase price (excluding shipping charges originally incurred by 21st Century Skincare) within 30 days of purchase for un-opened / un-used products only. When in doubt we urge you to try it out first. Trial sizes, and or testers are available for many/ most of the Professional Skincare products as well as most of the makeup products. We do not accept returns for refund beyond 30 days time following of the date of purchase.  Please feel free to contact us to see if we can work with you for a potential full or partial exchange.



Devices:
My Skin Buddy 6x: the manufacturers 100% Happiness Guarantee applies to your purchase.  
Any return must include ALL original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc. in order to receive your full refund.

Quasar MD Brand including: Baby Quasar Plus, Quasar MD Plus – 100% refund for returns received within 90 days from purchase including ALL original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc. in order to receive your full refund.

Clareblend MINI and Time Master Pro- with all original packaging, manuels, paperwork exchange or store credit only within 30 days from purchase.

Other Devices not previously mentioned- Ultrasound, Ultrasonic Scrubbers, etc:
100% refund for returns received in store within 30 days from purchase date along with all original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc.  


Please also note- pertaining to returns; original shipping charges incurred by 21st Century Skincare (as free shipping to you when applicable) may be deducted from refund at the discretion of 21st Century Skincare. Customers are also responsible for any/all shipping cost back to 21st Century Skincare on any/ all returned items. 21st Century Skincare will however cover applicable shipping cost as incurred for the replacement an item(s), or toward any exchange.
